New American Solar provides solar energy products and services, including but not limited to solar panel installation, maintenance, and related accessories.
Payment terms for products and services will be outlined in the agreement between New American Solar and the customer. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing.
Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the agreement between New American Solar and the customer. Customers must adhere to the cancellation policy specified in their agreement.
New American Solar provides warranties on its products and services as outlined in the warranty documentation provided to the customer. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product or service purchased.
New American Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the products or services.
